Changing your diet is the most essential thing you can do to keep your skin healthy. Cut out all foods high in fat and oil which would include junk food, alcohol, and caffeine. Drink eight glasses of water per day, preferably drinking a half of glass of water every hour and two glasses of water or more after each meal.
